1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the POCK.PRO mobile application, website, and related services (“Service”) operated by Celeriti LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

POCK.PRO is a personal item registration and scanning application that helps users record, organize, identify, and manage information about personal belongings.

By accessing or using POCK.PRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use POCK.PRO on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

You are responsible for ensuring that all item information you provide is accurate and lawful.

POCK.PRO does not guarantee that scanned or registered information will prove ownership, prevent theft, recover lost items, or verify the authenticity of any item.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to POCK.PRO, including item information, images, notes, and identifiers (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Celeriti LTD a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

7. Privacy

Your use of POCK.PRO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

8. App Permissions

The Service may request access to certain device features, such as camera access for barcode and QR code scanning, and photo or file access for uploading item images.

You may disable permissions through your device settings, but some features may not function properly without required permissions.

Any applicable pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase or subscription.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, content, or services that are not controlled by Celeriti LTD.

The Service, including software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, features, and content created by Celeriti LTD, is owned by or licensed to Celeriti LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or any Celeriti LTD intellectual property.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.

The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, network failures, security incidents, or events outside our control.

13. Data Backup

Although POCK.PRO may store and synchronize user data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup of important item records, documents, images, and identifiers.

We are not responsible for loss of data where such loss results from user error, unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials, device failure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, used the Service unlawfully, or caused harm to the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account where supported by applicable law and product functionality.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celeriti LTD disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celeriti LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Celeriti LTD from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also introduce new features, remove features, or change how existing features operate.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published within the App or on the Company website with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of POCK.PRO after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Celeriti LTD, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Where required by applicable consumer protection law, users may also have rights under the laws of their country of residence.
